Delete your POKE account

You can delete your account at any time. It can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open POKE and go to Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top corner.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

If you can't open the app any more, email support@getpokeapp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, photo and settings.
• All your check-ins and check-in photos.
• Your workout logs, templates and custom exercises.
• Pokes you sent and received, and your weekly results.

What happens to your pacts

You leave every pact. If you created a pact, the member who joined after you becomes its creator. To keep the current week's shared streak fair, the pact keeps a count of the workouts you'd logged with it that week, without your name or any other link to you.

On the waitlist too? Deleting your account doesn't remove your waitlist email. Ask us at support@getpokeapp.com and we'll remove it.
